Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Donut Detailing within the State of Washington.
All Sales for Services Are Final
Payments made for services are considered final once the service has been rendered. Because detailing and related services are labor-based and dependent on vehicle condition, refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only as outlined in this policy.
Service Quality Concerns
If you believe the service was not performed as described, you must notify us within 48 hours of the service date.
We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle and provide a service correction before any refund is considered.
Failure to report concerns within 48 hours may affect eligibility for correction or refund.
Eligibility for Refunds
A partial or full refund may be issued only under the following conditions:
-
The service was not completed as described at the time of booking;
-
The issue could not be resolved through a follow-up correction appointment;
-
The appointment was cancelled by [Your Business Name] and the customer chooses not to reschedule.
Refunds will not be issued for:
-
Pre-existing vehicle conditions, defects, or stains that cannot be fully removed;
-
Dissatisfaction based on unrealistic expectations or outcomes not guaranteed;
-
Situations outside our control (weather, poor prior maintenance, mechanical issues, etc.);
-
Services that were performed in full and met the agreed description.
Cancellations and No-Shows
-
Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled appointment are not charged.
-
Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee up to 50% of the service price.
-
No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Cancellation fees are not refundable.
Gift Cards and Vouchers
All gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable under Washington State law for service businesses.
They expire 12 months after purchase unless otherwise stated.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
