Services
We provide mobile detailing and related services as described on our website. Service availability may vary based on location, weather, and scheduling.
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments if conditions are unsafe, inaccurate information is provided, or unexpected issues occur.
Customer Responsibilities
To complete your service, you must provide:

Access to the vehicle

Sufficient space for us to work

Permission to perform services at the chosen location

Accurate information about the vehicle’s condition
Failure to provide access may result in cancellation fees.
Pricing
Service prices may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and additional services requested.
Any price adjustments will be communicated before the service begins.
Prices are subject to change at any time.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved payment methods, including cash, card, and digital payments.
All card payments are processed securely through third-party providers; we do not store full card details.
Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made 24+ hours before the appointment incur no fee.

Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee up to 50% of the service cost.

No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Cancellation fees are non-refundable.
Service Limitations
We do not guarantee full removal of stains, odors, scratches, or permanent defects.
Some conditions may require specialized services outside the scope of detailing.
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings before service.
Liability
We take reasonable care during all services; however, Donut Detailing is not liable for minor or cosmetic issues, including but not limited to:

Light scratches, swirl marks, or paint blemishes

Loose, brittle, or fragile trim, clips, or panels

Tears, frayed areas, or thinning carpet/upholstery

Faded, oxidized, or weakened surfaces

Aftermarket or non-factory parts that fail under normal pressure
Detailing may reveal pre-existing damage not visible beforehand, for which we are not responsible.
We are only liable for major damage caused by clear negligence, such as:

Breaking or detaching significant vehicle components

Creating substantial, new physical damage unrelated to the vehicle’s prior condition
Our maximum liability, if any, is limited to the total cost of the service performed.
Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, available on our website.
Gift Cards & Vouchers
Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and valid until their listed expiration date.
They may be transferred to another person but may not be redeemed for cash.

By using our website, you agree not to:
